Do you have great ideas when you are taking a walk or on your way to school or work? Then, when you sit at your desk, those brilliant ideas are nowhere to be found? In this course, we share effective ways to capture ideas so you can find them when needed.

There are so many reasons why it may be hard to take notes. In this course you will learn about many different features that can be helpful. We also offer suggestions for helping you learn new strategies so that you benefit from reviewing the most important parts of your notes at a later time.

We all learn and think differently. Some of us learn better while we write things down. Others need to see the text as people speak to process the information. Still others needs to capture images and only write or draw a minimal amount in order to guide the review of captured information to really learn the new content. There are all types of choices. LESSON 1
In this 60 min. recording, you'll be introduced to many reasons why we take notes and strategies for capturing new information. I offer an overview of the many features and tools that are available.

LESSON 4
In this recording, you'll be introduced to the many ways that a variety of smart pens can be used to help with reading, learning, getting organized and capturing audio while syncing to text.

You need a fast reliable internet connection. This course is designed for individuals who have a basic knowledge of using a computer, downloading content from the internet, and creating online accounts. You will need a Google account to participate in the discussion group. The most important requirement is that you have the desire to learn new skills and time to explore.

I have written several books, speak nationally, and provide a wide variety of unique therapy, coaching and training programs. I am the mother of 4 grown children, owner of a yellow lab and spaniel/ border collie rescue, and an eldercare provider to multiple family members. I have a passion for learning how technology can improve the lives of people young and old with communication, cognitive, literacy and learning challenges.
