Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service provided by Innovative Speech Therapy, including but not limited to memberships, webinars, 1:1 tech brainstorming sessions, and professional development workshops, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Scope of Services
We offer a variety of services, including the Tech Life Inner Circle Membership, individual tech brainstorming sessions, webinars, and professional development workshops. The details of these services, including session times, access to materials, and follow-up support, are outlined in the specific service descriptions and may be subject to change.

Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We offer both one-time payments and, in some cases, recurring payment options for memberships. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time. Send an email to Joan@innovativespeech.com. If you cancel within 7 days of purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. Email Joan@innovativespeech.com to cancel.
• 1:1 Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. You can either email Joan@innovativespeech.com or cancel the scheduled event diretly in Calendly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded unless due to illness or extenuating circumstances, explained to Innovative Speech Therapy promptly.
• Webinars, Workshops, Summits, and Online Courses: Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in the course or event description.

Member and Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others, whether participating in a membership, a 1:1 session, or a workshop. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the session, event, or membership without a refund.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through any service is owned by or licensed to Innovative Speech Therapy. This includes but is not limited to course materials, videos, documents, and presentations. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution or reproduction of any content without permission is prohibited unless explicitly stated when the material is shared.
