  • Eric Endlich, Ph.D.


Founder of Top College Consultants


Dr. Eric Endlich is a psychologist and a national expert in college consulting for neurodivergent students. Dr. Endlich has served on the Learning Differences/Neurodiversity and Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Committees of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA)and was honored by IECA with the "Making A Difference" Award for his contributions, such as a database of neurodiversity-friendly colleges. He co-teaches a UCI Continuing Education course, Working with Students with Learning Differences, and serves on various boards, including the UCLA Tarjan Center and the College Autism Network.

Founder of Innovative Speech Therapy


Joan is a pioneering speech-language pathologist and technology consultant who has dedicated her career to enhancing communication, learning, and productivity through innovative technology solutions. With a wealth of experience in her field, Joan is renowned for her ability to translate complex technology into practical tools that improve the lives of individuals with executive functioning, learning, literacy, cognitive and communication challenges.

Founder of LD College Expert.


April Miller is an educational consultant and speech-language pathologist. She brings over two decades of educational and clinical experience to our course. As a Nationally Certified Speech-Language Pathologist, her career has been dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning profiles—including those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, and more—transition to college with confidence.

Her private practice focuses on empowering students to use their voices for self-advocacy and to navigate the college application process effectively.
